    An extra year in bottle has added complexity and weight to this ‘basic’ Chablis, from one of the region’s star producers. 2017 was marred by frost and hail, but you wouldn’t know it from the ripe green-apple and citrus flavours, leafy edge and flinty minerality. TG Alc 12.5%
