I’m in the business of cake. I’m in my ninth year of Sticky Fingers Bakery and have made well over 1,000 cakes: wedding cakes, birthdays, fashion launches, divorce cakes—I think I’ve done every type of occasion.

I like to do things a little bit different and create new cake-eating experiences. I contribute recipes and food-culture articles to magazines both locally and abroad; and most importantly, I’m mum to my two-and-a-half-year-old son, Ray-Lou.
