SERVES 4 PREP 20 MINS PLUS CHILLING COOK 40 MINS

400g sweet potatoes, scrubbed
400g raw beetroot, trimmed and peeled
400g can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
3 garlic cloves, crushed
Good pinch of chilli powder
2tbsp polenta
1½tbsp sesame seeds
3tbsp sunflower oil
