Beetroot balls with Spanish-style sauce
Move over meatballs, veggie balls are the way forward.
SERVES 4 PREP 20 MINS PLUS CHILLING COOK 40 MINS
✱ 400g sweet potatoes, scrubbed
✱ 400g raw beetroot, trimmed and peeled
✱ 400g can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
