According to research by The Sleep Council, 19% of Brits aren’t in bed before midnight, with nearly a third of us hitting the hay between 11pm and 12am. However, studies show that people with an early-to-bed, early-to-rise routine are less likely to develop mental-health problems than night owls. Scientists say it takes just two weeks to tweak your body clock so that you fall sleep earlier.
