    Look further back for female leaders

    In your March/April 2018 issue, the article entitled “Where are the women?” mentions, among others, the Adirondack Mountain Club as being short-handed in having women in executive positions. ADK has had three female board presidents and one executive director. This does not include countless women on the board of directors. I suggest your one-sided authors do some homework.
