To get some insights into the process, COBBLESTONE talked with Kathy Fish. She is the chief research, development, and innovation officer for Procter & Gamble (P&G) in Cincinnati, Ohio. P&G was founded in 1837 by two immigrants. It makes things that people use every day. Products include soaps, detergents, diapers, toothpastes, shampoo, skin care, and more.
