    From Class 304 and Class 310/312 EMUs and a variety of suburban format DMUs in the BR era through to Class 150s, Class 323s and other units in the sector and privatisation periods, the West Midlands offers a lot of variety, both on electrified and diesel operated routes alongside the region’s freight and long distance trains.
