THE WINNERS ARE IRYNA AND RICK LEWIS FROM KIRKHAM, LANCASHIRE

Iryna and her husband Rick have an allotment and have been growing vegetables for seven years. Iryna said: “The most important aspect about growing our own fruit/veg is the knowledge that the crops have not been sprayed with any insecticide, have not travelled vast distances and are fresh. They are from plot to plate in less than an hour!”

THE JUDGES SAID: “Iryna and Rick’s plot is clearly their pride and joy. They grow a wide variety of crops and all of excellent quality.”
