Spelt Crust

250g wholemeal spelt flour
¼ tsp salt
150g cold unsalted butter, diced
¼ cup cold water

Filling

1 cup green peas
1 tbsp olive oil
300g bacon, diced
4 eggs
1 cup cream
Sea salt & black pepper
300g marinated artichoke hearts, drained & halved
100g ricotta
Pea shoots, to serve

To make crust, place flour, salt and butter in food
