1 cup mixed nuts, chopped (pecans, walnuts, almonds, Brazil nuts)1 cup mixed seeds (sesame, pepitas, sunflower, chia)½ cup quinoa flakes1 tsp ground cinnamon or nutmeg ½ cup cacao powder½ cup2 cups shredded coconut¼ cup honey⅓ cup coconut oil, melted5 pitted dates, finely chopped (optional)
