Recurrent urinary tract infection

A lovely middle-aged lady came into the clinic complaining of a very common problem — recurrent urinary tract infections. She has been suffering from these repeatedly for about five years, although she had bouts of them when she was younger, but these had seemed to resolve more easily than they were doing today.
