Rae Brown of Bearded Brothers Trail Running describes the Reiko perfectly: "In the bottom of Jonkershoek valley it was hot and humid, but once I climbed up Swartboskloof to 1,000m elevation, there was a very nippy wind blowing, with sporadic cloud cover.
