    Using 3.00mm crochet hook, make 166 (174, 190, 206, 222) chain.

    Row 1: miss 9ch, 1tr in next ch, *3ch, miss 3ch, 1tr in next ch, rep from * to end. 40 (42, 46, 50, 54) patterns.

    Row 2: 1ch, 1dc in first tr, *3ch, 1dc in next tr, rep from * to end , miss 3ch, 1dc in next ch of turning ch loop.

    Row 3: (1dc, 4ch), 1tr in next dc, *3ch, 1tr in next dc, rep from * to end.

    Last 2 rows form patt.

    Work a further 7 rows.
