    “I have designed for British, French, Japanese, Australian and US yarn companies and have become known for my Swingcoats and ‘A’ line shaping. I also make to measure so the shapes have been refined over the years through working with clients.”

    Jane is the owner of Signatur Handknits, an online store that sells ready to wear, made to measure hand knit designs. Signatur Handknits, says Jane, started out of pure indulgence.

    “Creating for leaflet and magazine publications can place many restraints on a designer. I soon realised that with my own label I could put as many colours together as I want in my finished garments. It went from there.”
