From zero to hero

Finding experienced baristas can be difficult when there’s a café on almost every corner of most Australian cities. While it may seem like the more difficult alternative, there never seems to be a shortage of people wanting to get their foot in the door and learn to make coffee. Think about who gave you your first job in the industry. At some point we were that beginner with no industry experience. Everyone needs a chance.
