Serves 4

2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil, divided
¼ cup (45 g) smooth peanut butter
2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
4 tbsp (60 ml) orange juice
2 tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce
2 tbsp (30 ml) Sriracha
8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
¾ lb (340 g) green beans
Salt and pepper to taste
