Moms Who Co-Sleep Beyond 6 Months Are More Likely to Feel Depressed and Judged

Although —aka sharing a bed or room with your baby—after a certain point has lost favor in recent years due to and sleep quality concerns, plenty of moms are still doing it. But that doesn't mean they feel particularly confident about their decision.
