Phoenix Police Announce A Break In The 'Serial Street Shooter' Case

Police say a suspect they've arrested was responsible for killing nine people from August 2015 to July 2016 in a largely Latino neighborhood of Phoenix. Aaron Saucedo, 23, faces multiple charges.

The police investigation into the case dubbed the Serial Street Shooter appeared to have stalled recently — leads and information about the case had dwindled.
