Since the primaryCpichPower should not exceed 10% of the maximumTransmissionPower (maxDlPowerCapability) There are 261 Utrancells exceeding the primaryCpichPower limit from 1.2 Watt to 0.04 Watt This wrong setting prevents resources to be allocated accordingly. Too little power remained for CS, R99 & HS services. LOW Throughput LOW Data VOLUME Service RABs might have drops due to little power remained for services.

For 177 Utrancells, primaryCpichPower might be increased from 1.01 Watt to 0.04 Watt range For Better COVERAGE and To See REAL CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS, It is recommended to utilize the available range especially for Urban Utrancells. This step will provide us to see the real necessities for NodeBs for capacity Upgrade (CE & Power)
