Located at Vitthal Udhyognagar near Anand ATLANTA is an ISO-9001:2008 company having accreditation from NABCB. ATLANTA is also an ISO-14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 company having Accreditation from JAS-ANZ. Company Environment Health & Safety Certification helps to stick to our commitment of Green Environment and safety of our people.

MANUFACTURING FACILITY
Manufacturing capacity of the company is 7000 MVA per annum. The manufacturing facility is equipped with all the modern Machineries. The company is having fully equipped laboratory with all the testing facilities

In the company we found out that the employees are
satisfied to the work culture in the company. Employees point of views the company gives a good environmental culture in the company. About the training in the ATLANTA ELECTRICALS PVT.LTD. I am fully satisfied with the working condition of the company. Company can extremely motivating its employees through organize training programs in the company.

I am fully satisfied about the companys direction, guidance and support which are given by the companys superiors. Company can give fully safety measures provided to the employees of the company. Companys quality life cycle is very good

CONCLUSION
I have taken a practical example of evaluation of training effectiveness at ATLANTA ELECTICALS PVT LTD.

Training is an important part of any organization.


Training programmes should be conducted regularly in organizations as per their need.
