INTRODUCTION
Qubee is a new and exciting company providing fast,

reliable and competitively priced broadband internet services to residential and business customers across Pakistan. Qubee is the creation of a group of global telecoms professionals who saw that a new technology called WiMAX could really change the internet experience for millions of people worldwide.

WiMAX means that you dont need telephone lines or

cable to get connected: all you need is to live close enough to a transmitter to receive the internet wirelessly
QUBEE is starting in Karachi, but quickly it is

planning to do the same in cities nationwide.

VISION STATEMENT
QUBEEs vision is to take Pakistan into the digital

revolution of the 21st century by offering complete communications and media solutions such as Telephony, Internet, Multimedia to the public at large based on quality, affordability, availability and reliability.

MISSSION STATEMENT
To deliver high-quality, flexible and innovative

solutions those are cost effective and conducive. To provide complete customer satisfaction on time, every time. Every customer should receive first class service each time they contact us.

NEED ANALYSIS

Need for broadband internet is felt on the basis of following given factors: Changing behavior of people Socializing Network Access and VPN Services Security Services Globalization

Industry Rivalry: Company is facing competitors like WATEEN and WI TRIBE Customers have more alternatives at same price All the competitors are offering somewhat same level of product. Concentration ratio of industry is one measure of rivalry.

Threat of Substitutes: Substitute is something from different industry which can satisfy customers need. There are so many substitutes of QUBEE like WATEEN and WI TRIBE. There can be more substitutes with time which can become threat to QUBEE.

Customers Power: Bargaining power of Consumer is Telecom sector is very high. There are many providers and rivalry among the competitors, they offer low rates to the consumer which eventually gives the advantage to consumer while bargaining.

We have done the external factor evaluation of QUBEE

and its result found to b 1.45 which is below average.


We have found that QUBEE has to struggle hard to

overcome the rising competition of competitors.

We have done the internal factor evaluation of QUBEE

and its result found to be 2.45


We have found that QUBEE is slightly above the

average which means that company is relatively strong as far as internal factors are concerned.

Marcom analysis:
Company is very poor in the marketing

communication.
QUBEE is using only consumer promotions but no

advertisement.
Company allocates 10% of annual budget to all the

marketing and promotion activities.

It involves an increase in the sales of existing products in existing market which is possible by grabbing the market share of rivals.

score was calculated 1.45.

The position of QUBEE Telecom lies in the first

quadrant. The company has above the average competitive position among the competitive market with rapid market growth as the industry growth rate is really high. The strategies recommended are market development, market penetration, product development, forward, backward, horizontal, and related diversification.

ACTION PLAN
Marketing plan: QUBEE has to do Customer analysis by doing customer surveys, analyzing consumer information, evaluating market positioning strategies and developing customer profiles. QUBEE has to focus youth. So in marketing, QUBEE should spend money in advertising, sales promotion and publicity in which we relate our product with some sports game.

Production plan In corporate level, QUBEE can offer high speed broadband internet and portable device like ptcl provide Evo to their user. In home user, QUBEE has to give something more along with internet ;software, movies, games, etc., for taking competitive edge from our competitor.

Financial plan

R&D Plan Right now QUBEE do not work on R & D department. QUBEE is already buying new technology from other sources. R&D required a lot of investment and time to invent a new product and in our case invent a new product is more costly than purchasing new technology from outsider.
