TIPS TO GAIN CO-OPERATION.

Make sure you are well prepared. Present your ideas in a logical fashion, backed up with facts and proof Be prepared for scepticism. Answer all of their questions. Go relatively slow to give them time to think and analyse. Encourage them to share their ideas since they tend to be quiet and reserved during discussions Speak slowly, as he processes information more carefully than most.

TIPS TO GAIN CO-OPERATION

Be efficient and business like. Get to the point. Do not beat about the bush. Set and clarify goals and objectives. Give them conclusions. Only provide details if asked. Solve problems and objections. Talk in terms of results not methods. Point and prove how your ideas are goal-orients. Allow them freedom to do things their own way.
