How To Gain Confidence

In order to gain self-confidence, you should start as soon as you wake up Whether you have an upcoming meeting with your boss or not, make sure that you dress smart Communicate with other people as much as you can. It is very important that you show them that you are reliable especially if you are talking with your boss or colleagues.
Cont.

If you started losing your self-confidence because you were rejected once, remember that everyone gets to face rejection at one point or another. Use it for your advantage.

One of the best ways on how to gain confidence is to discover yourself Most people lack self confidence because they thought that they can never be good at anything

Cont.

Dont just observe. If you have an idea of your own and you think it is relevant to what the people around you are talking about then you should speak up. Use the power of smile.
