Wake up at 6 am Do Exercise Do Puja path and Meditation Focus On Mind and concentrate in each matter Do leadership and take decision Think keenly about each matter Run in the evening Cure constipation and Acidity Khincho Or Give Pressure to all Keep mind cool and calm Minimise the desire for happiness Think quickly but speak calmly Sleep at 10 pm. Read good books more and more Make mind tough and challenging
