In each LGA MAPS will work in 4 HFs (3 primary and 1 secondary) Criteria for PHC selection e.g. catchment area and patient turnover among others Full compliments of activities at HFs- e.g. commodity distribution, capacity building, support to M&E, ACSM and the community component of MAPS activities. Targeted approach towards commodity distribution and usee.g. LLINs, preference to vulnerable groups (pregnant women, CU5, PLWHA)
