ORGANISATION PLAN:
An organizational plan is basically a to do list for an organization. It lists out the plan of work, programs, for organizational growth over a period of time. It includes clear list of the types of work that need to be done, the tasks involved, who is responsible for them, and when theyll be done. Definition: It is the process of identifying an organization's immediate and long-term objectives, formulating and monitoring specific strategies to achieve them.
