Registering Dewan Eja Pro

This is already done. If you reinstall the software, Dewan Eja Pro 2010 will attempt to automatically registers itself over the Internet. You only need to register manually if the automatic registration fails. Registration can be done by clicking Daftar in Panel Kawalan.

Using Panel Kawalan

Panel Kawalan shows what components are installed, whether they are registered, and how many days are left for trial.

Registration (Step 1)

Fill in personal details and select registration method (Cara Pendaftaran)

Registration (Step 2)

If you choose to register manually via sms, phone or fax, detailed instructions will be displayed on screen. Call 03-83193388 to provide the registration information, or fax the information to 03-83196688, or sms it to 012-6033090. The registration number (nombor pendaftaran) will be given to you via phone, fax, or sms. Enter the registration number into the text box. Then, click the Daftar button.

Registration (Step 3)

Registration status will be displayed to indicate whether the registration is successful or not.

Restart Dewan Eja Pro 2010 and all MS Office applications for the registration to take effect.

Make sure Dewan Eja untuk Word 2007/2010 is ticked.

If Dewan Eja untuk Word 2007/2010 appears under Disabled Application Add-ins, choose Disabled Items in the Manage dropdown list, click Go. Enable Dewan Eja untuk Word 2007/2010.

Autocorrect not working in MS Word.

Change language to Malay. Click File tab Options Proofing AutoCorrect Options. Make sure Replace text as you type is ticked.

Highlighting a word does not bring up the Kamus Pro label.

Make sure Kamus Pro icon is shown in the system tray. If not, run it from the Start menu. Right click the Kamus Pro icon to bring up the menu. Under CheckAnywhere, make sure Gunakan CheckAnywhere (Serlah sahaja) is ticked.

Troubleshooting (6)

Unable to register software.

Is user trying to register for more PCs than is allowed in the license? If registering via phone/fax/sms, did user give correct serial number and machine ID to tnt?

If user has formatted/changed PC, call tnt at 0383193388 to request for re-registration.
