The methodology adopted for this project is exploratory in nature since there is no hypothesis that has to be tested. The conclusions have been drawn by exploratory research work. Mode of research: - Survey of customers with the help of questionnaire Sample Size : - 100 Research Area: -Shahjahanpur city Customer Selection for Interview:- Randomly and also as per our convenience .

Primary Data

The data collected for the research is primary data which is calculated by the help of questionnaires.
The data collected directly gave us answers which lead to finding about the satisfaction of the customers of Airtel and also further analysis of data gave different aspects and needs of customers so with the help of this company could try to increase level the services provided to the customers.

The data which I used as secondary data was basically taken from different websites and also the company websites. These data gave us clear picture of how Airtel evolved from the time they started.

This survey was done to check the satisfaction level of the existing customer and to know the perception of customer toward Airtel and indentify various problem which they are facing, so that efforts might be done to satisfy them which would give best result in building long term relationship between the customer and company. Therefore to satisfy each and every customer the important of building relationship with them existed. By this purpose some number of questions were asked to customers to find out their behavior toward company their services and quality provided by them.
