EMPOWER WOMEN
Upon noting how HIV and AIDS is affecting the youth I took it upon me as a youth to do something in helping those affected.
It is an important issue in that those affected need all the support they can get thus motivating them such that they feel they are not alone on their road to better health.

We have no financial support other than digging in our own pockets for donations where and when necessary. We have a very powerful human resource in the youth and elders alike, and assistance from partnerships we have developed with the likes of red cross. Monitoring and evaluation is done regularly in that patients are visited on a daily basis, making it very easy to track progress and make amends where required.

A very good lesson regarding the stigmatisation of HIV positive people has been learnt. We have leant with utmost glad that stigmatisation is possible to eradicate, as witnessed in our small community.
