ABSTRACT
The main objective of this project is to overcome the work load and time consumption which makes the maintenance of the stock in an organization as a tedious process. This project provides complete information about the details of the stock to the users.

 This project identifies the amount of stock available and amount of stock to be ordered in a particular concern. Separate modules have been created for viewing stock details. As a whole, marketing process can be improved if stock has been maintained properly. This project is developed with ASP.NET as a front end and SQL as back end

Existing Stock

Amount of stock available in hand and new stock is entered if existing stock reaches a minimum quantity.

Reorder Level

The Level of materials at which a new order for supply of materials is to be placed. This level is fixed somewhere between maximum and minimum levels. Reorder level =maximum daily/weekly/monthly usage * lead time

Requesting Stock

The requesting item is send to the manager and the manager send the SAP form to the storekeeper and the storekeeper will give the item

Stock Location

Finding the location of the stock where it is available in warehouse. For example, If 150 product is asked to be made, the existing stock contains 100 and new stock contains 200 means, the first 100 should be taken from the existing stock and 50 should be taken from the new stock .

 To find the location where the existing stock and new stock is located the below matrix format is used.

Calculates total amount of stock by adding existing stock and new stock.
