Are they pens with cameras?

INTRODUCTION
What are pen computers?
Pen computers are pen shaped personal computers which is operated via projected virtual keyboard and monitor. This computer has actually 5 pens and a stand to hold them.They are CPU PEN, DISPLAY PEN, COMMUCNICATION PEN, KEYBOARD PEN and a CAMERA PEN with the base being the charger and storage.All pens communicate via wireless technology.

CPU pen: The functionality of the CPU is done by one of the pen. It is also known as computing engine.

COMMUNCIATION PEN:-

P-ISMs are connected with one another through shortrange wireless technology. The whole set is also connected to the internet through cellular phone function. They are connected via Bluetooth 802.11B/G, and cellular phone which are made small and kept in a small pen like device.

Virtual Key
The VKB emits laser on to the desk where it looks like a keyboard. It uses a laser beam to generate a full-size perfectly operating keyboard. It uses Electronic perception technology to detect which key the user is pressing by sensing which spot on the table their fingures are touching.

Digital Camera
We have digital camera in the shape of pen .It is useful in video recording, video conferencing, simply it is called as web cam. It is also connected with other devices through Blue tooth.

LED Projector: The role of monitor is taken by LED Projector which projects on the screen. The size of the projector is of A4 size. It has the approximate resolution capacity of 1024 X 768. Thus it is gives more clarity and good picture.

Battery:
The most important part in the portable type of computer is its battery. Usually batteries must be small in size and work for longer time. For normal use it can be used for 2 weeks. The base stand is act as charging device and also storage area.

PROS It is portable. It has a very long lasting battery. It can be used anywhere. CONS Difficulty in postioning.

The bad aspect is that all like units are just that alike and therfore can be easily misplaced.

Conclusion: You have just seen something that will replace your pc in the near future. It is still under devloping stage by NEC corporation. It is currently unclear when or if personal computers of this type will become available to the public but somwhere it is discussed that it cost $30,000 to make.
