ACTUAL GENERATION COMPARISSON (MWHr)

ACTUAL DEMAND DELIVERED COMPARISSON (MW)

* Actual recorded peak for 2011 is 1,346MW.

* 2012 projected peak is approximately 1,360MW.
* Year to date peak is 1,219 MW
* System required reserve at 144MW does not include the 100MW Cold reserve
requirement as stated in the Grid Code.

ACTUAL GENERATION COMPARISSON (MWHr)

Proposed measures to address the

present situation
1. Fast tract the operation of Iligan Diesel Power Plant thru
negotiation with COA and ERC.
2. Immediate transfer of the Power Barges 101-103 from Panay in
Visayas to Mindanao. (90 MW total installed Capacity)
3. Strict Compliance of Distribution Utilities regarding their load to
maintain schedule in accordance with their existing contracts.
4. Assistance to the Power Projects Proponents by
LGUs(endorsements), DENR(ECC), BOI (Tax Incentives/Holidays)
and etc.
6. Selective Dredging/Flushing of Pulangi Dam
