MY DREAM COMPANY HUL HUL have many strengths. It emphasizes internal growth, to achieve higher volumes by renovating existing products, and innovating new products. Another strength that HUL has is that they are low cost operators. This allows them to not only beat the competition by producing low cost products, but by also edging ahead with low operating costs. One strength that they have is their brand recognition. One of their main goals has been to deliver brands that consumers trust and value and they have succeeded. Another strength they have is has a distribution. Parent support- HUL India their strong support from its parent company, which is the worlds largest processed food and beverage company, with a presence in almost every country.
