To identify the desired competencies for superior performance as a manager (technical). To study the status of Knowledge Management in the organization and to check the competency of the employees. To study the perception of employees on the basis of job profile towards CM. To identify the core competency of the employee. To practice research methodology as a student. Research Methodology
Primary data: Data is made available through questionnaires. Questionnaires were prepared for employees to know the methods adopted by the organization. Secondary data: Data were collected from documents, internet, text book and company past records etc. Research design: Exploratory as well as descriptive Research method: Survey method. Population size: Managerial and staff employees Sample size: Research tool: Questionnaire. The various statistical tools for the analysis and interpretation of data are sample percentage mentioned and charts.
