The

request of an English teacher Cristina Afonso in the development of a small work on renewable energy, we begin with a brief search on the internet, in books, to make us realize more about renewable energy.

Solar energy is the name given to any type of device to capture the sun's energy, that energy and raw state into a form usable by humans, either directly for heating water or electricity. It is divided into solar thermal and photovoltaic solar energy.

solar cell (also called photoelectric cell or photovoltaic cell) is a solid-state electrical device that can convert light directly into electricity through the photovoltaic effect.

 Solar

thermal or solar thermal energy involves harnessing the sun's energy to produce heat that can be used to cook food or to produce hot water for domestic water consumption such as bathing and heating the house.

 Solar

energy does not pollute. Solar energy is not exhausted. The panels require minimal maintenance. have durability 25 years.

 The

prices are very high compared to other forms of energy. Locations in middle and high latitudes suffer sudden drops in production during the winter months. The forms of storage of solar energy are not efficient.

A manager of renewable energy must know to handle all the tools he works with, have to know how to build a solar panel and also know the position in which the leave must make the most power. should also be careful to not damage the materials for consumer satisfaction.

To have a course of renewable energy need to have at least 12 and have the PAP and training.

A technician renewable must be hardworking, responsible, tidy, sociable, good listener, follow orders, peaceful , not to be confrontational, patient, careful and friend of his friend.

A renewable energy worker normally works eight hours a day. They start at 8 in the morning and go outside at 5 o'clock in the afternoon, but depends on the workplace and also what the employer decides, and can also be a part time.

A manager of renewable energy normally works in open spaces where the assembly of solar panels in the homes of consumers, but if in assembly of the panels themselves and the work done inside a factory.

 The

equipment that a technician must have renewable energy are: goggles, gloves, overalls, helmet ,boots.

The tools that are used to mount a solar panel are: hammers grinder pliers Welding machine Solder mask

 With

this work we stand to learn more about renewable energy and to further deepen our knowledge about the course.
