1) Stacking of equipment with bowl hinge arrangement (30.03.2010 to 02.04.2010) 08-04-2010 job in polishing Weights of each subassembly needed by 02.04.2010 in order to plan for international transporter. 08-04-2010 Fiilter assembly & lower leg weight received. Still pending Exhaust manifold weight from shop. ----- The exhaust manifold fabrication (31.03.2010 to 05.04.2010) ----- 08-04-2010 Fabrication to complete by 13-04-2010 ----- Ensure all the items are welded on job like Bulkhead adaptor, Filter ring stops, ceiling flange, short handles, etc

2) QC clearance for stacking (02.04.2010) ---- Stacking inspection ensured by Mr. Dave & now parts in polishing. QC inspection can be done later on before/after hydrotest
3) Final Polishing of the job (03.04.2010 to 06.04.2010) Hydro test arrangement (31.03.2010 to 06.04.2010) - segregation all the connection/instruments/blanks used for Size 6 Shanxi Yabao project -Bottleneck can be highlighted at right time in order to have time to solve the problems) 08-04-2010 Polishing now to complete by 13.04.2010 Except DN155 blank flg(Mehul) & fastners (UKS), rest components are ensured by Mr. Nilesh. The CIP fittings (2 nos) fitted subsequent to seal valve bosses during hydro test are to be segregated . 4) Hydro test & dismantling/drying /cleaning + Dimension after hydro test stage (07.04.2010 to 10.04.2010) 08-04-2010 revised planned to 14.04.2010 to 17.04.2010) 5) Pre-desptach inspection 10.04.2010 19.04.2010.
