Nadcap in the Airbus policy - POA

Airbus is engaged in the PRI Nadcap/NUCAP management. Airbus takes into account certificates granted by PRI Nadcap/NUCAP for all the special processes families Airbus is involved in. In addition Airbus mandates its suppliers to gain and maintain PRI Nadcap/NUCAP certification. Airbus performs the initial qualification for the Supplier/ Special Process couples. During the on-going surveillance, the Airbus use of PRI Nadcap/NUCAP certification implies that Airbus will not conduct/repeat "Special Process" (SP) assessments in its current qualified couple supplier/"Special Process" unless poor performance or doubts about SP effectiveness become evident.

Globalisation of Nadcap programme

 Revise NOP-002 to define rules for validation of Nadcap documents in Native Language and documents to be submitted in English prior the audit.  Sub-committee tasks volunteers for translation of AC to check non technical English language and provide feedback to NMC for consideration.(use lesson learned from NDT, HT & CP).
