Introduction to Organization
City Hospital is a Private, well renowned and gentry class hospital in Mutlan. It was established in Sep 2007. It covers an area of 5540 sq ft. Supervised by Mr. Fayaz who is the system administrator of the hospital. Almost all types of operations are being done. Some doctors are hired from Nishtar Hospital on contract basis.

Mr. Riaz Ahmad Mr. Ejaz Ahmad Dr. Ahmad Mushtaq Mr. Fayaz & Mr. Sajjad Imtiaz.

This Hospital has almost all types of surgery and operation equipments. More then 50 rooms are available for patient accommodation. Four category of rooms are depending upon the patient living standard: General Wards Rs.500/day Family Rooms Rs.4000/day Standard Rooms Rs.1800/day Deluxe Rooms Rs.2500/day

Languages: The present system has already developed in C++ & VB 6.0 and is working quite sensibly that is used to maintain the information about the patients, doctors, employees. Cost: Approx 0.2 million of all departments.

Scope
The scope of the system is to Centralize the Existing Decentralized System: Manages the Patient, Patient Accommodation and Patient Intakes and also Employees, Doctors Records. Prepare Patient Reports.

PROPOSED SYSTEM OBJECTIVES

Proposed system has developed for centralization of Information System because it allows better topmanagement control. Provides economies of scale in terms of hardware, software & personnel.

Proposed system focused mainly on the Patient Information, its accommodation, billing, operation and treatment.
