    Advantage of PCN - Organizational control & co-ordination is maintained & facilitated - Assure that subsidiary will comply with company objective & policies.

    Advantages of HCN - Language & other barrier eliminated - Hiring cost are reduced - Government policy may dictate hiring of HCN
    Advantages of combination - As of both HCN/PCN Disadvantage: Conflict may arise, salary equality is required
