A PRESENTATION ON THE PROPOSED

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL SYSTEM (PAS)

Basis for Performance-driven Recognition/Reward An Half-yearly exercise 30th June & 31st December every year.

The value of a proper system for recording and measuring employee performance in an objective manner is appreciated and recognized by all concerned. Employees quality of job delivery, its alignment with organizational requirements, gaps if any, in between organizational expectations and employee deliverables, collaboration/competition within, intended progression of a large number of employees to Excellent performance category and having an in-built employee competency building and management programme as part of PAS.

Reporting Officer The next superior officer in all cases under whom the Appraisee has worked for a period of 6 months. In case the Appraisee Officer has not worked under any officer for a minimum period of 6 months, then the Reporting Officer will be the officer of the Section in which he has worked for a longer time.

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.

Circulate among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and protect property. Patrol industrial or commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates. Escort or drive motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations or to provide personal protection.

Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and 5 prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.

If Overall Rating is Excellent I Year(at the end of 1st half yearly ratings) : Certificate of Appreciation from CEO plus 10% raise on the CTC over the normal increment as applicable to the employee. I Year(at the end of 2nd half yearly ratings) : Star Performer Certificate to be issued, golden star embossed on the Identity/Access Control Card plus 20% raise on the CTC over the normal increment as applicable to the employee plus a bonus LTF set for self & family.

If overall rating is Very Good I Year(at the end of 1st half yearly ratings) : 5% raise on the CTC over the normal increment as applicable I Year(at the end of 2nd half yearly ratings): Commendation letter from HOD plus 15% raise on the CTC over normal increment.

If overall rating is Good I Year(at the end of 1st half yearly ratings) : Normal Increment as applicable to him I Year(at the end of 2nd half yearly ratings): Commendation letter from HOD plus 10% raise on the CTC over normal increment.

If overall rating is Satisfactory


I Year(at the end of 1st half yearly ratings) : Performance feedback & normal increment as applicable to him.

I Year(at the end of 2nd half yearly ratings) : Counseling for improvement and normal increment applicable to him

If overall rating is Unsatisfactory


At the end of 1st half year : a- Written Communication of deficiencies in attributes and advising for improvement b- Counseling / Change in Job Assignment. c- Extending support of training and mentoring At the end of 2nd half year (inspite of the a,b & c above) : Termination from Service
