Definition

Communication is a two-way process in which there is an exchange and progression of thoughts, feelings or ideas towards a mutually accepted goal or direction.

The most important component of communication Sender should ensure that he/she gets proper feedback thereby confirming that his/her message has served its purpose This eradicates conditions like this is not what I meant and this was not my intention
