How we can manage less and what are his results?

1. The main results of managing less

Turn workers highly motivated and encouraged. Improves the sharing of important and creative ideas and experiences within the business. Facilitates and empowers interpersonal relations in the team what boost the performance and the quality of the work. Makes the staff trustworthy and so more productive.

2. Coca Cola as an example of a successeful company who manage less:

Coca Cola:
a. General information: Founded in 1886, the coca-cola company is the worlds leading manufacturer, marketer, and distributor of nonalcoholic beverage concentrates and syrups. b. The importance of Human Resources(HR): It is people, not technology who create the company.

c. The style of management:

Implement cohesive goals between the two: managers and subordinates to reach the Coca-Cola Companys long-term growth potential. Turn the company into a place of exploration, creativity, professional growth and interpersonal relationships.

We believe that an open door policy is the best policy for employees relations because due to this, our employees feel very independent. So we strongly believe that such policy makes our employees satisfy with us.
=> And as a result, we are the first company within the non-alcoholic beverages industry. We have a 20- year standing of being the leader.

Conclusion
Main ideas: Moroccan is an emergent country and his companies are trying to be more competitive by adopting new and effective tools of management which Managing less remain the most effective. So Moroccan companies should give the opportunity to their staff because human resources are a sustainable source of productivity and creativity.

Decentralization: give the possibility to employees to participate in Leadership: is the art to lead and guid staff to achieve some thing

Business vocabulary:

the process of decision taking and avoid one-part decision taking. volentary.

Restructuring: is a process of reorganization the company in order to

be coped with the ongoing environement changes.

English vocabulary:
Cohesive: interconnected, Interrelated Fragmented Accountability: Responsibility. Latitude: Freedom, Autonomy. Be/get bogged down (idiomatic expression): be/get stuck so that you can

not make progress.
