A PRETO E BRANCO
No quadro da União Europeia (UE), Portugal é um dos países que revela mais
baixos níveis de qualificação escolar e profissional da população adulta.
Entre a população mais jovem (18-24 anos), cerca de 485 mil jovens adultos
estão a trabalhar sem terem concluído o 12.º ano, 266 mil dos quais sem
terem terminado o 9.º ano;
Menos de 50 por cento dos jovens adultos (20-24 anos) não concluíram o
ensino secundário, enquanto a média da UE se situa acima dos 75 por cento.
