What is Commissioning?
Simple Definition: An Owners quality-based process developed from industry best practice to verify the owner receives at the END OF A PROJECT what they stated they wanted in the BEGINNING OF THE PROJECT

Brief LEED Overview

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System developed by the US Green Building Council (USGBC) Point-based system with four award levels:
Platinum (52 or more of 69 total) Gold (39 to 51 of 69 total) Silver (33 to 38 of 69 total) Certified (26 to 32 of 69 total)

Five Focus Areas:

Sustainable Sites Water Efficiency Energy & Atmosphere (Fundamental Cx or Enhanced Cx) Materials & Resources Indoor Environmental Quality
