Job Hunting

1 -Old colleagues/classmates: There may be many old colleagues or classmates who are working with stable organization in the same field as you.

They might even be able to advise you about the right steps to take.

2- Teachers/Professors: Many people in the teaching profession are either from the corporate world themselves or are in touch with influential people of major organizations.

You can seek their advise and help to find a job suiting your profile.

3- Professional networks/associations: Networking can do, what a lot of others job hunting techniques may not.

The friends and acquaintances that you make through networking can be of great help in your job searching times.

4- Job fairs: The concept of job fairs are fairly recent and have drawn a lot of interest from recruiters and candidates.

Even if you do not get an offer on the spot, you will at least be able to get information about various companies and park your resume with them for consideration.

5- Newspapers: Newspapers have been one of the oldest methods of job search.

So, scan the newspaper regularly and you might just come across the opportunity you were looking for.
