REAL WORLD: FISH KILL


You are the mayor of the town of Talisay,Batangas where over 500 metric tons (500,000 kilos) of fish, particularly bangus and tilapia, were affected in the recent fish kill. The fish kill was said to be caused by illegal fish pens and climate change. What actions will you take to prevent this from happening again?
