Abstract
y EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM, which maintains the details of individual employee and used to test the domain knowledge of the employers. y This project is a part of an ongoing windows application project. This application is one of the most secure and maintain only by the Employee management department. y It maintains the employee details, generating payroll for the staff in organization with individuals and as well as for total no of staffs in monthly wise and yearly wise.

y In this module contains details about employees for

id, name, address etc., y It is easy to search about particular employee.

PAYROLL DETAILS
 In this module contains details about payroll about

employee i.e salary , PF, TA, HRA,etc.,

 It is used to calculate the salary.

Experience Details
y In this module contains experience to employee. when they joined

date to current date and which company they worked how many years he worked in the company.
y We can see now the working company as experience details and

previous worked company experience .

Spouse Details
oIn this module contains spouse details in employee. oIt is easy to search the details about the spouse details.

CHILDERN DETAILS
y When I entered the employee id it automatically show the

children details.
y Like name, age, gender, date of birth and occupation, location,

and then other details.

y It is very easy to show the details of the children

EXPLANATION
3 The project is software capable of adding new employees,

salary generation made by employee management department, reports generated by employee number.
3 This project includes all the features needed for effective and

accurate working of the Transactions made by the Administrations.

3 The software mainly reduces the limitation of existing system

and tends to automate manual processing, eliminate the paper work and fundamentally change the basic method of operating.
3 The entire project is having a great utility for the Employee

Information Systems for making the reports to be accurate and them this software very efficiency.

SYSTEM ANALYSIS
3 The system analysis refers to the process of

examining the solution with the intension of improving it through better procedures and methods.
3 Here the system is analyzed by studying the existing

system, need for the proposed system and the proposed system.

EXISTING SYSTEM
3 Existing system is manual one. 3 This system is not helps every organization to maintain

their details safely and its more complicated to their transactions made easily.
3 We can also view the reports made by employers and their

details.

DRAWBACKS OF EXISTING SYSTEM

y It doesnt allow sharing the data between different types of uses effectively. y It does not provide proper security for the data. y It doesnt provide faster and effective system. y Difficulty in generating different report as per the business requirement.

PROPOSED SYSTEM
3 The proposed system is their computerization of employee

information system.
3 The main object of the proposed system is to overcome the

drawbacks of the existing.

3 The system allows the user to enter the employee number

and view the details of that employee only. These details can be updated or deleted by the administration user.
3 The details can also be just viewed by employee. We can

also view the reports made by the employers and their details.

3 The required information can be retrieved easily. 3 Time will not be wasted in the process. 3 Corrections can be made easily. 3 High speed. 3 Wastage of manpower is reduced. 3 Less Time.
