prepare food.
 Cookingis an old civilization it self and observed have both
science and art.
 Preparing
of food with heat or fire is an activity unique to
humans is started 2 million years ago.
 Cooking skills are complex and require a range of processes for
people to develop efficiency.
 Theterm cooking skills is a combination of mechanistic and
physical skills.
 Cooking are modestly effective in increasing confidence to skills.
Statement of the Problem
 What is the demographic profile of Grade 11-Empedocles in terms of:

• Age
• Sex
 What is the knowledge of the student in terms of:
• Cooking
• Preparing food
 What are the factors that influence the student of Grade 11-Empedocles
in choosing TVL-Cookery in terms of:
• Family
• Peers
• Social Media
Objectives of the Study
 To be able to know the of the profile of he respondents.
 To identify the knowledge of the respondents.
 To be able to know the level in the study.
 To draw implication in the study.

Scope and Delimitation

 The center of this study is the Grade11-Empedocles school year
 The 64 student in their classroom
 The students will be selected randomly
 The 33% of the population is 23 persons will be selected randomly.

Methodology

 Research Study Design

The Researchers used Quantitative method of
research and descriptive design of research.

 Research Local
Golden state of college of general santos
city established in the year 1992.
 Research Respondents
Grade 11 Empedocles Senior High School in
the academic year 2019-2020.

 Research Procedures
The researchers make a survey
questionnaires to be answered by the selected
respondents
 Research Instrument
The researchers used pen and paper to make a draft for the survey
questionnaire to be answered by the selected randomly respondents.
The researchers will also use gadgets and electronic device that
could help to provide a printed survey questionnaire.

 Data Gathering Procedures

To determine the level of interest of grade 11- Empedocles in TVL
cookery laboratory
• The Researcher would a permission to conducting a research.
• The Researchers researcher would give the survey
questionnaire to the selected respondents.
• The Researchers would collect and gather the survey
questionnaire and tabulate.
Statistical Treatment
 The Researcher would collect and gather the survey
questionnaire answered by the respondents.
 The researchers would analyze and tabulate using
this Statistical tools :
