VECTORES
Vector: es un ente matemático, definido por su
módulo, dirección y sentido.
•El módulo es el número de unidades
correspondientes a una magnitud que se le asigna
valor.
•La dirección es la orientación del vector respecto
del sistema de coordenadas cartesianas en el plano.
•El sentido indica hacia que lado de la dirección
actúa el vector.

Unit Vectors
Vectors of norm 1 are called unit vectors. For each nonzero vector a
there is a unique unit vector ua which has the direction of a. As we show
below,

Consider the vectors


i = (1, 0, 0), j = (0, 1, 0), k = (0, 0, 1).
These unit vectors (they all have norm 1) are particularly useful in
calculations because every vector a can be expressed in a simple unique
way as a linear combination of these vectors:
