The participants shall enhance their competence in the

3. quality assurance of ADM modules.

-go over the Forms Editable

-present ADM LR Standards(focus only on SHS)

-present Template for SHS Grade 11 Modules(English and Filipino version)

-provide MELCs

-every participant must have an e-sign

-every participant must accomplish Writer’s / Artwork Assignment Agreement

-Content evaluators make a GC for their team(by the Title of the ADM Module

-Procedure of the Redevelopment and QA of ADM Modules

-approves or disapproves the work of the illustrator by accomplishing

• ADM Module shall be encoded using Microsoft Word (At
least version 97 – 2003)
• There shall be one digital file per module or learning
competency
• Each module file shall be named following this format:
learning area with grade level_ quarter number_ module
number _lesson title_ version number
Example:

• The draft manuscript ready for external review shall be
version 1 of the module
• Ready-to-print module shall be stored as doc and pdf files

Maximum range per module 20- 32 pages.


Less is better. To avoid blank pages in
printing, make the maximum no. of pages
to divisible by 8.

Module Number follows the sequence of LCs in CG.
But we shall prioritize developing modules for MELC

Kung ilan po yung competencies sa cg yun po ang number of


modules. Pero ang priority po gawan ng Modules ay melc. So
possible po halimbawa module 1 melc , Module 2 Hindi melc
(kasi competency po ay nasa cg pero wala sa melc), Module 3
Melc. So ang priority po isubmit on may 30 ay modules 1 and
3.

Any MELC that you intend to redevelop with


subtasks remains a single module. Subtasks
shall be identified with Lesson nos.(Like
Lesson 1, Lesson 2,…). If there are no
subtasks, the module shall only have Lesson 1.
This single module shall have a maximum of 32
pages.

The 32 pages is from the title page to the


references.
